Refund policy

“I changed my mind”

It happens. If you change your mind within 30 days of making a purchase, you can return or refund your product as long as it’s unused, in the original packaging and can be resold. We can’t accept products that’ve had contact with food (erm, that means no serving brownies on the weekend and returning on Monday). Our change of mind policy excludes items purchased on sale.

“It’s faulty or not quite right”

Put a lid on it is made to be durable and long-lasting. Buuuut things happen. If you receive a product that’s faulty or defective, contact us with the details and a photo of your product and we’ll sort it out. Easy.

“Do I have to pay for return shipping?”

We’ll cover shipping for returns where the product is faulty, defective, damaged or incorrect. Shipping for change of mind is based on location and will be charged to your payment method or deducted from the refund.

“How do I start the return process?”

It's easy. Just get in touch, let us know the reason for your return, attach any pictures, and the rest is up to us.
